Refund policy

The Finality of Acquisition: Due to the bespoke, handmade, and intimate nature of anatomical fiber art, all sales are final once an acquisition has been registered and shipped.

Damaged Specimens: in the rare event an  artifact is damaged during transit, please contact The Curator within 48 hours of delivery. Provide Photographic evidence of the damage for an archival review and to discuss potential repair or replacement options.
